J2111B DC-40 MHz Solid State Current Injector

The J2111B is a high-speed small-signal current sink. It can modulate a load current to a voltage source that provides a voltage output >1.5V.
Measuring the output voltage and the current using the built-in current monitor, the output impedance of a voltage source can be measured.
The J2111B offers the following features:
