Building a multiple emitter RF signal environment made easy
In recent years, proposals have been made for communication systems to operate in radar bands, closing the proximity of Radar and RF signal environments. Tektronix has put together a specific waveform creation plugin for current Arbitrary Waveform Generators that enables engineers to create specific RF environments for many specific applications.
Supported applications include simulating/emulating any real world wireless scenarios/environments for EW monitoring, radar receivers with interference signals and Phased Array Antennae and MIMO.
Environmental Plug-in for Arbitrary Waveform Generators
Features of the new environment plugin include:
- The ability to create multiple scenarios and assign to different AWG channels in one compile. Users can create up to 50 Scenarios.
- Scenarios are made up of individual RF Emitters signals and users can define up to 100 Emitters per Scenario
Less noise. Cleaner signals.
