Tip Holders
For DC measurement, our tip holders are classified into three different mount types which can be integrated with three different connection types. For RF measurement inquiries, please send us an e-mail with configuration information.
Tip Holder Types
- Screw-locked
- A screw at the shank end will secure the tip in place
- Spring-loaded
- A spring loaded mechanism will allow user to place and secure tip
- Tubular
- A clamp within the tube will securely hold the needle
- Includes soft-landing inclination, optimal for thin-coat sensitive devices
