EB mmW Probe Station

EB-6V (Works with all brands of extenders)

The EB-6V probe station is designed for all frequency extenders such as those from VDI, OML, R&S, Keysight, Anritsu. If you are using an Anritsu VNA VectorStar ME7838A4 model, or commonly Anritsu 3743A mmW Extenders and related sizes, the station of interest is the EB-6A. EB-6V refers to a 6″ station, however 4″, 8″, 12″ are available on request.

This Everbeing probe station is specifically for Anritsu mmW extenders for the VectorStar ME7838A4 model, or commonly Anritsu 3743A mmW Extenders.

Our special tuned micropositioners allows direct connection between probe and extenders coaxial port directly. Thus, allowing lower losses from inter-instrument connection. In addition, micropositioners provides the best rigidity to safely perform probe landings, and provides prolonged probing using the 3743A (or similar) with the integrated heat sink. EB-6A refers to a 6″ probe station, however, 4″, 8″, 12″ are available on request.

EB-8VQ 4 Port mmW Probe Station with Direction Connection

The EB-8VQ is designed for customers with the most demanding application, and supports up to 4 ports at high frequencies. The chuck is secured on a diagonal stage for sample loading. Platens are placed strategically to allow DC biasing from the diagonal sides. Images can be seen below, with the catalogue to be introduced later on.
