EB-700 Micropositioner
Our EB-700 is a compact, high performing Micropositioner that meet the basic requirements of DC probing. This unit is compatible with all our DC probe tip holders, and if combined with any of our triaxial based tip holder, low leakage measurements can be obtained (results may vary without a EMI shielding enclosure).
