EB-050 Micropositioner
Our EB-050 micropositioner is our most popular product for DC probing. The 1 µm feature resolution provides stable probing for most IV measurement applications in the common pad size ranges (~50 µm). Due to the mechanism of the screw-push driven system, mishandling by users from overturning the knobs is prevented, ensuring long lasting operation of this product.
