Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, saleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Items returned without contacting our customer service team first may not be accepted. Once your return is approved, please securely package the items and include a copy of your original invoice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Vicom is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and in Australian dollars. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The exchange process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for the exchange will apply.
