Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs if possible, to expedite the process.
Replacement Process
Once we have verified the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
Returning Damaged Items
In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged or defective item to us. If this is the case, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please use the original packaging if possible and include all parts and accessories. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Claims and Responsibility
Vicom will handle all claims with the carrier in cases of damage during shipping. You will not be required to file any claims yourself. We are committed to ensuring that you receive your items in perfect condition and will take the necessary steps to resolve any issues promptly.
